Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy
Effective Date: July 21, 2026
This Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy governs the shipment of physical goods and the delivery of digital content purchased through Dental Base. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. General Information
Dental Base offers both physical goods and digital content. The delivery method applicable to your purchase will depend on the type of product ordered.
Physical goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Digital content does not require physical shipment and is made available electronically through the customer’s account on the Dental Base website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is complete, current, and accurate.
2. Estimated Delivery Time for Physical Goods
The estimated delivery time for physical goods is approximately 8 to 13 business days.
This estimated timeframe includes the period required to process, prepare, dispatch, and deliver the order. Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and officially recognized public holidays.
The stated delivery period is an estimate only and does not constitute a guarantee that an order will be delivered on a specific date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on circumstances outside the reasonable control of Dental Base.
3. Potential Shipping Delays
Although Dental Base makes reasonable efforts to facilitate timely order fulfillment and delivery, delays may occasionally occur.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Public holidays;
- Severe weather conditions;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Carrier delays;
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
- Increased seasonal order volumes;
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping addresses;
- Regional service disruptions;
- Government restrictions;
- Natural disasters;
- Labor disputes;
- Technical or logistical difficulties; or
- Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dental Base.
Dental Base shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, governmental authorities, customs agencies, weather events, transportation networks, or other events outside our direct control.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, reimbursement, compensation, or damages, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
The customer is solely responsible for reviewing the shipping details entered at checkout, including, where applicable:
- The recipient’s full name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, building, suite, or unit number;
- City;
- State, province, or region;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country; and
- Any other information necessary for successful delivery.
Dental Base is not responsible for failed, delayed, returned, misplaced, or undeliverable shipments resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered shipping information supplied by the customer.
5. Address Changes
A customer may request a change to the shipping address within two days of placing the order.
All address-change requests must be submitted promptly by contacting:
denta.llschool@gmail.com
An address-change request is not considered approved until Dental Base confirms that the change has been accepted.
Dental Base will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address-change requests submitted within the permitted period. However, an address change cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered fulfillment, processing, dispatch, or shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, Dental Base may be unable to redirect the package or modify the delivery address.
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the original shipping information until an address change has been expressly confirmed by Dental Base.
6. Delivery Estimates and Non-Guaranteed Dates
Any delivery date or timeframe communicated by Dental Base is provided solely as a good-faith estimate.
Dental Base does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless such a guarantee is expressly stated in writing. Customers should not rely on the estimated delivery period for time-sensitive events, professional deadlines, examinations, appointments, travel dates, or other circumstances requiring delivery by a fixed date.
Dental Base shall not be liable for losses, expenses, missed opportunities, inconvenience, or other consequences arising from delivery later than the estimated timeframe.
7. Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
Customers should contact Dental Base immediately if an order:
- Has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe;
- Appears to have been lost during transit;
- Arrives damaged;
- Contains damaged physical goods;
- Is incomplete;
- Is delivered to an incorrect location;
- Is marked as delivered but cannot be located; or
- Presents another material delivery issue.
All such matters should be reported immediately to:
denta.llschool@gmail.com
To assist with the investigation, the customer should include the following information where available:
- Full name;
- Order number;
- Email address associated with the order;
- Shipping address;
- Description of the issue;
- Date on which the problem was identified; and
- Photographs or other supporting evidence, where relevant.
Customers must retain all packaging, labels, delivery materials, and damaged goods until Dental Base has reviewed the matter and provided further instructions.
Dental Base may require reasonable documentation before evaluating a claim relating to a lost, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered order.
Submitting a report does not automatically guarantee a replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy. Each matter will be reviewed according to the available information, the circumstances of the shipment, and any applicable legal requirements.
8. Orders Marked as Delivered
When a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer should first:
- Review the delivery location carefully;
- Check entrances, porches, mail areas, reception areas, and other secure locations;
- Ask household members, building staff, neighbors, or other persons who may have accepted the package;
- Confirm that the shipping address submitted with the order was correct; and
- Allow a reasonable period in case the carrier’s delivery status was updated prematurely.
If the package still cannot be located, the customer must contact Dental Base immediately at denta.llschool@gmail.com.
Dental Base may review the available order and delivery information and may request that the customer cooperate with any carrier inquiry or investigation.
9. Customer Cooperation
Customers are expected to cooperate reasonably in the investigation of shipping-related issues.
Such cooperation may include:
- Providing accurate order information;
- Confirming the shipping address;
- Supplying photographs;
- Retaining packaging;
- Responding to follow-up questions;
- Contacting the delivery provider where appropriate; or
- Completing documentation reasonably required to investigate the matter.
Failure to provide requested information may limit Dental Base’s ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
10. Digital Content Delivery
Digital content purchased from Dental Base is not physically shipped.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are made available through the customer’s account on the Dental Base website.
Following successful payment and completion of the purchase, the customer should receive immediate access to the applicable digital content through the account used to place the order.
No shipping address, carrier, physical delivery, or postal service is required for digital content.
11. Access to Digital Content
Customers are responsible for:
- Creating or maintaining access to the correct customer account;
- Providing a valid email address;
- Keeping account login credentials secure;
- Using a compatible device and internet connection;
- Reviewing the relevant account area after purchase; and
- Ensuring that payment has been successfully completed.
Digital content is intended to become available immediately after successful payment. In some circumstances, temporary technical, payment-processing, account, or system issues may affect access.
If purchased digital content does not appear in the customer’s account following successful payment, the customer should contact Dental Base promptly at:
denta.llschool@gmail.com
The customer should include the order number, account email address, and a description of the access issue.
12. Digital Products Are Not Subject to Physical Shipping Terms
The provisions of this Policy relating to physical delivery times, shipping addresses, carriers, transportation delays, and missing parcels do not apply to digital content.
Digital content is considered delivered when it is made available through the customer’s account, whether or not the customer immediately accesses, opens, views, downloads, or uses the content.
A customer’s failure to log in, review the account, maintain internet access, remember login credentials, or use a compatible device does not mean that the digital product was not delivered.
13. Account Security and Unauthorized Access
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
Dental Base is not responsible for access issues arising from:
- Incorrect login information;
- Forgotten passwords;
- Unauthorized account access caused by the customer’s failure to secure credentials;
- Use of an incorrect email address;
- Account restrictions caused by customer activity;
- Incompatible devices or software;
- Internet connectivity problems; or
- Other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Dental Base.
Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to denta.llschool@gmail.com.
14. Order Review and Acceptance
Dental Base reserves the right to review orders before fulfillment or digital access is finalized.
An order may be delayed, suspended, or subject to further verification where reasonably necessary to address:
- Payment verification;
- Suspected fraud;
- Unauthorized transactions;
- Incorrect order information;
- Technical errors;
- Duplicate transactions;
- Security concerns; or
- Other irregularities.
Where additional information is required, the customer may be contacted using the details provided during checkout.
15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Dental Base shall not be responsible for a failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include natural disasters, governmental actions, public emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, transportation interruptions, utility failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, carrier failures, or other force majeure events.
Obligations affected by such circumstances may be suspended for the duration of the event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dental Base shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses arising from shipping delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect customer information, unavailable digital access caused by customer-side issues, or events outside Dental Base’s reasonable control.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to This Policy
Dental Base reserves the right to amend, revise, replace, or update this Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy at any time.
Any revised version will become effective upon publication on the Dental Base website unless another effective date is expressly stated.
Customers are encouraged to review this Policy before placing an order. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern the applicable order, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
