3. Return Shipment: Please ensure that the item is securely packed and include the RA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund promptly.
5. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
